Riot System getting better!?

THIS MAKES ME SO PISSED OFF, but i think they are improving.

I made a ticket about my summoner name "smokeitup69" i am constantly harassed all its not really appropriate and i asked if i could get it changed. Like im severely harassed about it when i didn't make the name in the first place, my brother did. SO he said no, i asked to speak to higher authority he said no. Now recently i had a game bug posted a screenshot to him with other deats. he said "As for your Summoner Name, it was found to be in violation of our Terms of Use. As this is the case, you need to change your Summoner Name to something more appropriate.

You will be prompted to choose a new Summoner name when you log into your account. Once you select and confirm a new Summoner name, you will see it next time you log out and log back in."

LIKE DUFUQ I DIDNT EVEN ASK HIM AND HE MAKES ME CHANGE IT! seriously that other guy should be fired...
