[Suggestion] Rift Herald Buff Pickup Pop-up

When a champion or major map objective is killed, the killer and associated assists are shown on the right side of the screen. When the Rift Herald was first implemented, this worked for it as well because the killer received its buff. However, with the change to the buff that made it a separate pickup, simply knowing who killed the Herald doesn't tell us who got the bonus for it. As such, I propose/request an additional pop-up notification displaying which hero picked up the Rift Herald buff.

This would mostly be relevant for Spectating games (and I was just watching the NALCS when I thought of this).
