[Client]Launcher Play sound effect plays if still patching

In the patcher client, the 'Play' button has a unique sound effect that is triggered by clicking the Play button to launch the main client and log in.

The bug I am encountering is that if, while the game is still patching (and the Play button is not there), I click where the Play button should be, the Play sound effect happens.

I have this same problem, just downloading the game and there are constant sword/teleporting weird noises, its kinda annoying since i cant find a way to mute it at all, even changing the SFX to mute on the patcher itself does not fix this problem.
