Here's what happened : 6 Champion shards, I own all champions, so now I'm at 8 champion shards now, feelsgoodman.
Gets 4 shit skins, including Nucracko 
, I was a main shaco before its mini-rework so I say why not, even though all his skin look thrash, imo.
Rerolls the three other skins, Workshop shaco.

Plus a bunch of others I degraded for dust to unlock those. I also bought some chests during the Project promotion that gave you two things per chest.
I got 7 Gems, 2 I stupidly used to get enough plus essence to get Ahri to lvl 6 on the 1st day lvl 6/7 came out.
Some people are luckier then others.
I rarely don't get skin shards out of chests lol.

Iv'e gotten a shit load through the boxes that you earn lmao xD. I got a couple super expensive ones like Battlecast Cho and Blackfrost Anivia.
Also got a Cass skin, the heart Sona skin, Corsair Quinn, Sweetheart Annie, Officer Cait, Death Blossom Khaz, Sandstorm Kata, Bandit Sivir, Scarlet hammer Poppy, Forsaken Jayce, Lumberjack Sion, Fnatic Gragas, Zombie Ryze, French maid Nidalee and a bunch more i can't think of lmao.
I re-rolled a lot of champ shards, and a lot of bad skin shards aswell, and have 3 gemstones towards the hextech annie skin.
Also gotten a couple Icons and a Poro Ward.
All at no cost to me :D well, besides TIME since you can only get so many damn crates / keys a month or whatever.
