Riot Ugh

what i define as skill in league is hesitation. when to go in when not to. riot is giving me a brain Arianism right now. i climbed out of bronze made it to gold and every thing was cool. But now we are placing again and it doesn't seem to matter that i won 6/10 they just send me back to bronze. the people here arnt necessarily so much worse then me but they hesitate so much its not funny. il play adc and position my pretty good, we start a team fight, then all the tanks just turn tale and run. Literally supports play Alistair and play like a soraka. then in other fights they will just run in 1 by 1. It takes different amounts of time to muster their bravery and then they go in 1 by 1. this just annoys me.
