What to do?

Hi guys!

I'm a level 30 unranked player looking to go into ranked. I currently main ADC and Jungle. I have 6300ish IP, and I'm wondering what to do with it. I am looking to try to either buy a rune page or expand my champion pool with some good champions for roles I don't main. Currently I'm looking at one of four options.

Can you give me any tips or help me decide what to buy?

i really enjoy irielia play wise but riven is considered OP but at the same time a rune page never hurts Lissandra i see more as mid laner and lately she seems to be weak.
