  1. Are you able to enter the PBE if you have been punished by the Tribunal before? 2.Is the PBE mostly smurfs? 3.Approximately how long does it take to receive a reply from Riot in case for the PBE? 4.Does punishments in the PBE count towards the live account as well? Just some questions I wanted to ask. I am uninformed on how the PBE works so I ask these questions in case if I want to join or not.

  1. pbe isn't a normal server so you can't really smurf on it. You get 1 account to use.

I meant like... Smurfs (Lets say Diamond 3) get a PBE account. I'm not big on Ranked so what happens then? Do I waste my time being outsmarted by a better player?

I believe there are enough people on pbe that while the mmr isn't as diverse as NA it is still decent enough that you should get matched with people around your level.
