Are you able to enter the PBE if you have been punished by the Tribunal before?
2.Is the PBE mostly smurfs?
3.Approximately how long does it take to receive a reply from Riot in case for the PBE?
4.Does punishments in the PBE count towards the live account as well?
Just some questions I wanted to ask. I am uninformed on how the PBE works so I ask these questions in case if I want to join or not.
