Make honor relevant again & reward being a decent human being

How many players do you see with a ribbon these days? Not many right? I personally still have my teamwork ribbon with 2175 honor in it but I know I'm one of the few. The reason? Honor is_ irrelevant_. It does nothing except giving you bragging rights. So what can be done to bring honor back to life? I say we make receiving honor give us bonus IP. Doesn't have to be big, just needs to make enough difference so that it might skew players with a toxic attitude to reconsider their actions and forfeit the bonus IP. I would even go as far as to say reduce the normal IP reward and let the honor bonus bring it over that slightly. For example, reduce the current IP given by 10%, but give 20% bonus IP if honor is received. Those numbers don't matter, just make it relevant. I would've even said that players being reported at the end of a game would forfeit their IP for that game if I didn't know that trolls would abuse this. Also, honor given by teammates in premade wouldn't count, for obvious reasons.

I don't care about my honor ribbon, but I do care what my teammates think about me after the game, and if we can make players care a bit more, maybe we can change the community. Point is, punishing players for being toxic only goes so far, and clearly doesn't take care of the problem all by itself. Rewarding being a good teammate should be considered too, with just a bit more than a little cosmetic change to show off. Think about it.
