loss prevention in ranked due to trolls

so just now im in my first game for promos with jinx adc and i get a teemo supp and guess what he does all game..runs down everyone's lane feeding kills at the end of the game he was 0/32/0. and i kind of find it unfair how the people who tried their hardest to still play and win despite having that one asshole on the team have to suffer a lose due to that person i believe there should be another ff system for when we get troll players and we will get loss prevented it doesnt have to be instant maybe we can lose the game or whatever then a rioter will go back and look at the scores and chats and decide if we can get loss prevention or not. idk just a thought but im real frustrated that players like that exist...and it bothers me even more that hes most likely still playing even after everyone reported him im assuming since i didnt get a notification telling me he was punished. but....ya. :/
