trolls do not gain notoriety

i have never ever qued up for a game and seen something like this.

**Summoner 1 - "omg guys its insertsummonernamehere the legendary troll of silver"

Summoner 2 - * "yea that is him we better do what he says or we will get trolled"*

Summoner 4 - "oh yea my friends have told me about him and they say he means business"

this doesn't happen people. if you troll some people they do not write your name down and tell their friends about you. At most they report you, add you to their block list and tell their friends they had a troll in their last game only referring to you as "the troll from last game".

so please before you start to troll just remember you are the one losing the most. that guy you are targeting is not gonna rue the day he took your mid lane he is just gonna que up again and probably go mid again and you know what? you probably wont be there! You just spent all game trying to "teach him a lesson" and at the end of the game you are mad and reported and he is already qued back up.
