@Riot Lyte Can We Talk About Champ Select Trolling?

This issue comes up frequently enough that I find it mind blowing we have no report option in champ select. I shouldn't be held hostage by trolls, and then forced to play a game with them for my report to go through. It's absolutely ridiculous I get punished for dodging a game, and the troll is the one who goes away unscathed. This has happened so frequently that I am starting to hate playing ranked.
