When do you think Riot will re-open the Legacy vault? I hope it's this summer or later this year honestly. I have several Legacy skins I want @_@ What skin do you want out of the vault?

Vandal Vladimir. as nice as it is to have a cape. the sick mohawk and leather is much nicer.
