Really Laggy Client/Shop

Hi. Cloudkit again. The normal client has been really laggy for a really long time, and I've been super patient with it, hoping Riot would fix it. But, sadly, Riot has not fixed it yet. The shop is also 100x worse, but this is just on a normal basis, not due to the PROJECT skins being released. I really want this to be fixed, and have a smooth experience in the pre-game client. Rito pls fix
