Why are their so many people like this in game?
This was was toxic the entire game and wouldn't stop complaining, is their anything you can do about it riot? I know the tribunal generally does this stuff, but I want to post this here anyway.

I know there are a lot of toxic, rude, mean, and hateful players, but you can mute them within the game by pressing tab and clicking the speech bubble next to them. This will help you and your team, so their verbal attitude won't affect you. Best of luck.
You can mute them, but some people just need to be banned from chat, if they are toxic to anyone and everyone the meet repeatedly.
/mute (summonername) and then report usually works wonders for me
