[Client] Can't ban/queue/lock in/log out

None of the buttons on my client work, I cannot lock in, log out, lock in, or ban anyone. It caused me to "dodge queue" twice in a row now.

I was simply sitting in the lobby waiting to pick and it wouldn't let me click lock in, I have no idea how to replicate this bug at all, but its happened to a couple of people that I play with too
