Update to champions

I was browsing through the champions watching the videos for their abilities when I came to (Was mainly looking at ad mid assassins). As you can see from the image it shows that his E silences in the video but, the ability in fact reads and actually does slow the target. So, I figured I would post this error and ask if riot would potentially redo the E video on talon and any other champions with this mistake (possibly ) since the changes to their abilities.
