Just wondering, how are the skins featured in "Your snowdown shop" selected?
Is it based off of most played champions? Most recently played champions? Champions I play the most yet don't have a skin for?
How exactly is this snowdown shop tailored to me?

I may be wrong, but I think the skins that will show up in the Snowdown Shop will go to your most frequently played champions. If you have a champion that you played quite often, but don't have skin for him/her, then you have a high chance of getting one. I have been playing Nidalee quite often lately, so hopefully I'll get a decent skin for Nidalee in the Snowdown Shop like the Headhunter skin for example.
The Snowdown Shop is unique to everyone, which means that everyone will have 6 different skin sales on each account ranging from 20% to 60% off.
I thought it was a given that we already own skins for our favorite champion ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The only champs that I have mastery lvl 5 with and no skin is malphite and irelia, and I've been waiting for a long time for Mecha Malphite to go on sale (this December) and Infiltrator Irelia to be available (also this December)
