Gifting

It's pretty much a useless feature cause only a handful of people gift anymore. People in leauge don't want to put RP into someone else unless their getting something. U can have ur status bar saying gift whatever but u have a low chance of getting it. If anyone disagrees, here's a list of things that u can gift me. Not all of them unless u can.

Gift one or two and that will mean a few people still gift and ur not stingy.

I mean I can see why most people don't use it. Considering (at least from what riot stated) a lot of people don't even buy RP. So those chances aren't very high for people to gift others. They you have scammers or people who have been scam so they don't want to use that type of feature any more. But to be honest if you are "trading" gift it should be common sense not to trust a lot of players. Then they come on the board to complain and ask for their money back or something and it doesn't happen because you agreed to the ToS of gifting. Then you have players who does use it as its intention (like myself) I do gift people whether it's people on my friends list, or just random people I play up against (thanks to the gifting at end game feature) granted I don't use it as much as I use to (since it does eat out a lot of money) I generally just use it to gift streamers, or people on my friend list usually around Xmas!
