1000 wins play with rioter?

Hey so I know it's an old tradition that might've gone out of style, but I always remember seeing that if you got 1000 wins and a decent amount of luck you could play with a rioter. I just noticed that I got my 999th win and was curious if I could win my 1000th with Riot. I have B-tier memes and play Bard/Nunu.
