Finally saw Ant-Man

What a fun movie. The plot was a little predictable, but the execution was terrific. They did a lot of things with cameras and CGI that haven't been done much, but the real genius was doing it without making it that noticeable. Really enjoyed it. I loved how they did a proper backstory too. It wasn't forced or lingering or uneventful with a 10 minute action scene just thrown in at the end, they suggested his past and just kept on with the present. That's how it's done.

Well i think any comic book movie should be predictable, they're adapting a story we already know. They definitely executed well. It ties Winter Soldier as my favorite Marvel movie for sure. They managed to make me very attached to Ant-Thony to the point where i was actually very sad when he died. A freaking ant. Loved the heist movie feel it had. I think Paul Rudd brought something special to the role, that same special feeling that Downey Jr. brings to Iron Man. item 3070

Can't wait to see him in Civil War!
