how do you actually win in low plat LOL

like gold-1 plat 5 its so fucking hard to win LOL i started losing dick head players games and got to this shit elo and now i just get trolling players or the whole team actually just feeds no matter what i do (im high diamond) and i win 1 every 5 games only recent games ive won is 12-1 tf game where i have to kill my lane the jungler and everyone else or have a team that doesnt fully feed and a riven mid game vs a yasuo where i just killed him and roamed and killed everyone (team still fed) but a riven can 1v5 when fed so yeah. should i just play riven mid till i get out of lower plat and can actually play other roles without 4 players going 0-5 instantly? elo boosters any thoughts? and yes i am really diamond and cant win in this elo because of how swayed and toxic the players are lmao. but on the bright side my mains have 60% win rates in diamond so i cant be thatttt bad (:
