Jinx has always been strong, and a Hyper Late Game carry. The spike she must be getting is coming from the new messed up items. I know it's the League of ADCs, but why was crit chance focused on...
She is strong right now. She's immobile so she still has some good weaknesses, but the AD item changes are letting her (and almost all ADCs) hitting their power spikes really early. She was always a beast late game...she's just getting there much sooner than she used to.
What do you mean once it hits 20mins? Shes good early aswell.
Honestly though i find mf to be the strongest adc as of this moment.
