So let's say Zilean only damages 1 target with his bomb, would the full duration of Deathfire Touch go off since he only damaged 1 target or still the AoE duration? Thanks

It is an AoE spell, so no matter how many targets are actually hit, it will still only trigger the AoE duration.

when death fires is reapplied does it damage on the first tick.
