Was reading through some heated Graves cigar debate. Came to the conclusion that will make all parties happy. Essentially the debate was that having a cigar in core game content (not paid for content such as the cigar in one of Gragas's skins) could change the ESRB rating on the game. So -

Make a skin with Graves and a cigar.

Ta-da! Win-Win-Win!

Has there been a graves skin since they removed his cigar? Because this does seem like an obvious solution. I just wonder if it is already in the works but wasn't important enough to be expedited.
