Perma Bans to Harsh? I Believe So

Its just to harsh. Toxicity should be banned but not forever cause some players learn to accept the fact later on that toxicity isn't the way to go. I also believe many people get banned that don't deserve it i mean if you flame at your team they shouldn't cry over it and report you and possibly get banned ( thats If your team is straight out horrible feeding,unskilled,trolling....etc.) Some people do deserve bans though but not perm banned or at least not yet. People spend money on this game and to not get a full refund is harsh. I believe there should be a year ban so they can have time to learn to support your team instead of being toxic just like you learn to play the game you learn you have to accept peoples crap. Not all people learn at the same pace and shouldn't lose the money spent and time spent on the account. I do believe in perm ban but i would recommend it after the year ban if the toxicity continues. Comment,Thoughts,Ideas???
