I feel as if Riot should implement a feature in loading screen where you can change your summoner spells, masteries, etc, in loading screen so people don't accidently take the wrong runes, masteries or summoner spells. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to take smite lol. Tell me what you think :d

The loading screen is there to load the game, not set your preferences. That's what the 30 seconds in Champ select is for because games are loading - not playing or executing scripts.
