Weird Resolution issue

So my laptop is 1920 x 1080 and I run borderless, when I put that resolution, it caps at 60 fps and lags me a bit. When I lower it down to 1680 x 1050, it sky rockets my fps and no lag at all.

Even in the settings, their's a asterisk on the 1920 resolution. Anyone know why that is? Also if I run that resolution, it will freeze up my laptop too.
