Riot Can you please answer this

Can Riot please be honest enough to answer this question without deleting it and hiding the truth?

Why is it that my other account is suspended for leaving a game when the client or servers screw up even tho I have no anit-virus installed, check firewall and did all the fixes possible even reinstalling league and windows 7 twice? I have been afking alot more because people are using this new exploit that let's people instant kill people and get multiple Quads & Penta kills and there is no reason I should stay in a game just so someone using an exploit can get 100 kills in a game to laugh and brag. Like it's literally impossible to win those games yet we are suppose to stay active and run right into them and die while they prolong the game to see how many kills they can get with this exploit.

So now i'm suspended yet again because of client and server issues such as doing ranked in my promos, the screen gets stuck on champ select I wait 10 minutes and finally decide to exit out and re-log in only to find out the game has been going on for 10 minutes and I get flagged by leave buster despite us winning the game and get suspended.

I spend money on this game and would like a true answer as to why I'm getting punished for something that is out of my control like client crashes - Server mess ups and now people exploiting a bug for instant kills with no items and to top it off they are doing it in ranked so exactly why would I waste my time trying to move up in ranked just to get knocked down by people using this exploit.

Can for once you honestly answer it without deleting my post and trying to cover it up. I and others deserve at least a response.

Leave buster is flawed and there are thousands of people getting unjustified suspensions because of this system. The system needs to be looked into because while it may take care of people who rage quit and afk it is also screwing over the honest people who have no intention on afking or losing a game but is out of there control.

That's like blowing up a city to kill 20 terrorists but killing 3,000 innocent people in the process and saying the system worked cause we got ride of the terrorists....
