Will This Computer Be Good Enough For League?

I already have built a computer but I wanted to get another to be able to play with my girlfriend.
I was thinking of getting the Acer Aspire X AXC-603G-UW13. http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DT.SUVAA.003
I would only use this computer for YouTube, Facebook and of course League... I would like to run on decent specs, I don't need everything maxed. I mostly just need full resolution and 60fps.
The computer sells for $248 at Walmart, would this be a good investment?
