LF Team or Duo

I am looking for a ranked 5s team or duo for possibly climbing. I am currently sitting at S1 solo queue. I play at a much higher level at all roles but I'm just too much of a troll and try many new ideas in solo queue because my personal rank doesn't really matter to me. This being said, whenever I duo I play at 100%...

My peak rank is Plat 2 solo queue and my peak rank on a 5s team is Plat 4.. In my opinion I play these roles at these skill levels or higher:

Top: Plat 5 Jungle: Plat 2 Mid: Gold 1 ADC: Gold 3 Support: Plat 2

I've been told I am very good at support so that's probably the best role for ranked fives for me but I'll play anything on any team regardless of individual ranks.
