Make jhin unbanable

So as the title says, can we make jhin unbanable in champion select for the first few weeks of his release? We all know there will be assholes who absolutely hate playing against new champions banning him left and right, which will not give players a good chance to play him, ive seen this happen with illoai recently, seriously every game someone bans her I haven't even played against or with her since this year has started but basically I think he should be unbanable to give all players a chance to play with him
