riot DCs and lag

i have noticed that during the day (when the sun hits california) i tend to have disconnections quite frequently if i managed to continue playing despite the fact that the teams i get paired with in the day time have a lot less skill than that of the teams i get paired against...now these disconnections are not just from riot, but according to my command prompt, from the internet as a whole - now, normally this would mean it's on my end or i just have really bad luck. while i will accep that i do very well have shitty luck in the day, the disconnections are too much to be a coincidence, the reason being that literally every time i alt+f4'd out of league my latency would drop from 6000 and not being able to move (effective DCs) or just straight-up disconnections to 60. at first it used to only effect me but now it's hitting my family too and it's really starting to piss me off so does anyone know how i can get this to stop? unfortunately all the information i can provide is that it happens in the day and it seems to be something between riot and i - maybe corrupted files? that's the only thing i can think of... do i have to uninstall and reinstall? or do i need like a to save me from that goddamn that is riot?

I tend to recieve terrible groups during the day, but when i have these terrible groups the OP lag tends to stay away... it's when i get a good group that i get the massive lag spikes at inconvenient times that "coincidentally" just "happen" to cause me to feed - or 60 fps 1 frame per 5-30 seconds so that im blind and cant run or fight, or "300" ping spikes that act like 3000... now, i'm not trying to say that there's a conspiracy trying to keep me in bronze cus im secretly the best player in the entire game, but something doesn't look right and i need to know why, so if anyone in riot might be able to message me, perhaps we could talk a bit and figure out why i'm having these issues? i'd like to fix this since i've spent so much time playing this game and i cant just play at night when all the problems (lag, bad groups, dcs, etc etc etc)are gone - for personal reasons... so could i get some help w/ the lag issue? pls help if you can and im sorry if i sound like im just bitching or anything i really love the game i just want to be able to play it so pls help me... -also if it's just me and im just like ultra unlucky in the day i guess i can try to deal with that :( -btw it used to only happen as pvp top aatrox then it migrated slowly to other lanes and champions and recently it began happening even in bots game - today infact was the day that (bot game DCs)began.... and it's getting worse. but like i said, it only happens in the day - well - and through a small portion of the early night... i hope that at least some of this information helps you find a way to help me... i really could use some help...
