Champion mastery isnt visible

SpartenA7991··1 votes·278 views

When they introduced champion mastery, I thought it would be awesome. I go look up a summoner and see all their progress with every champ they have but I can't look at their champion page. Is this a bug or just me misunderstanding how champion should be seen?

it doesn't let you go to the champion page. it has never let us see there champions they own.
