trolls are okay!

forced to queue dodge and lose my entire series because i had same kid troll 2 games in a row. if i report him after game 1 why am i paired with him again? why do i get punished for him saying "im gonna troll this game"? why does riot not care about intent feeders and trolls, but hates people who take the game seriously? what the hell is wrong with this? why do i lose a series and get a time limit for choosing not to get trolled and play a 40 minute unwinnable game?
