Reporting champions

Sometimes, in a game, there are certain people who make the game very toxic. Now, it isn't because they are swearing in chat or go AFK, it is because they have chosen a toxic champion. These are champions without counter-play, mainly assassins. ( ). Now, with the six bans per game, it is impossible to get all of these champions banned. Now, i say that in the end-of-game lobby, you should be able to report the champion, not the player. You can give the reasons in the little fill in box, so you can say stuff along the lines of "Extremely Powerful point and clicks"( before rework). "Too much mobility"( ) or "Can't be killed, even if silenced" ( ). If Riot gets a lot of reports on one champion, then they would know who to nerf or entirely rework. Just my thoughts.
