THROUGH A STROKE OF LUCK, I HAVE OBTAINED EXACTLY 6300 IP, AND BOUGHT A CHAMP.
Right now I have 0 IP, and 4 RP.
Seeing as how there's no way to buy 971 RP exactly. I've taken it upon myself to ask Riot to remove the 4 RP. So I can have 0 RP and 0 IP and rest in peace.
My OCD must be satisfied.
