THROUGH A STROKE OF LUCK, I HAVE OBTAINED EXACTLY 6300 IP, AND BOUGHT A CHAMP.
Right now I have 0 IP, and 4 RP.
Seeing as how there's no way to buy 971 RP exactly. I've taken it upon myself to ask Riot to remove the 4 RP. So I can have 0 RP and 0 IP and rest in peace.
My OCD must be satisfied.

Declined1 votesI once asked support to take my 2589 RP and gift a rioter something for me, but they were real a-holes and refused :/
Even when I gift Rioters stuff they keep refunding it, they're kindda annoying when it comes to that, except this one time when I decided to gift a limited Summoner Icon cause the individual was missing the event, so by the time this certain Rioter came back (a few months later) it was too late to refund it, my genius plan worked!
Now beyond that, I'm fresh out of ideas.

I got 514 Friendly, 243 Helpful, 1351 Teamwork and 614 Honorable Opponent, honors. Now do you have any idea how often people honor at higher elo?
My point is, I am usually the really awesome player on the team, keeping people from tearing each others throats out, raging, coming up with strategies and so on, and I never get gifted for stuff like that, I just do it.
