Best mid laners for low elo soloq?

I don't play ranked often (like 30 games over 2 years), but I decided to play ranked this season. My strongest role is Midland so I would like to know preferred choices, please help

Ekko, Malzahar, Lux, Annie. Maybe not Ekko. I just like him because if you build him tanky with a DMP he can roam hard and he has so much burst
