Chat bans are broken and the amount of games is ludicrous.

Sure everyone has rough days, chat bans are ways to cool off. Riot you clearly have no executive decision making ability, banning someone for 500 games and then when they finally work them off, banning them for 975? Fucking stupid.

I've been banned twice during your clueless search for answers on how to fix the toxicity problem, both times chat logs revealed mild and non excessive "verbal abuse" I've learned my lesson, reformed.. had bad games, good games, raged, praised, loved, lived, learned. But now after serving my 500 game chat ban and being instantly banned again is fucking stupid. Lyte has been quoted saying it is nearly impossible to get off chat bans unless perfect reformation has happened, well guess what lyte, you're fucking stupid. In the most respectful way you could have great ideas.. but chat bans and whoever signed off on the way the system works, you're fucking stupid and that is the bottom line.

Nobody is going to have a perfect reformation during the span of 500 games. It's almost like you think the player is never going to finish 500 games and will remain chat banned forever. I got news for you, I'm going to play out every chat banned game just to see how pathetic of a company you are. Have you not realized the incredible decline in sales after you started banning / witch hunting players who are "toxic" your automatic system is fucking garbage and if you want results spend money and hire people to monitor it and stop using robots to patrol the rift.

Honestly where the fuck did you find your staff? Highschool drop outs who major in video games and have no idea how to build a player base / revenue? I tell you what riot will never be like blizzard, they know how to make money and keep players, trust me it isn't by chat bans and "toxicity bans" RIP RIOT, this game will be dead in 2 years tops after people get sick of your shit.
