I was banned from ranked and lost LP after Qing for a normal BLIND PICK

You banned me from ranked play for 35 games, I had not logged in out since receiving this ban and was only made aware when i attempted to join a ranked Q it gave me an error telling me due to previous negative behavior ranked play was disabled, cool okay i get that, so i played 3 normal games of various measures, an aram, a team builder, a normal blind pick, and then i q'd for a 4th normal game a BLIND PICK NORMAL, the game Q popped very fast and i was then put in a lobby with a picks//ban phase, I thought to myself, maybe I clicked on a draft normal, no biggie, i played it out.. decided to not take my normal game so seriously and did a double jg with another player, the entire game i was being flamed for trolling and yada yada and had no idea why, i was trying to win but not doing it in an orthodox manner, because it was a normal game.. upon losing the game i then lose 23 LP and it says it is a ranked game, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF I AM BANNED FROM RANKED AND DENIED ACCESS TO THE RANKED Q... I would greatly appreciate an adjustment to my ban in the amount of 4 games, since ive played 4 games before relogging in and out to see the actual restriction message state a 35 normal game ban. This should be at 31 and My LP shoudl be refunded as you placed me in a Q i was banned from and are now deducting LP and MMR from my account fraudulently as I did not Q for ranked and was not allowed to, nor did I take the game seriously as a RANKED match.
