Traversing Places and Fear of Ban

Wasn't sure were to post this, so if I am in the wrong place, please correct me.

So a thought came up while I was checking the forums: People get banned to protect their accounts when possible hacking has occurred.

I'm not sure how often something like this is actually the case, but I would be somewhat afraid of it happening to me. For instance; I am currently house/pet sitting for my mom while she is at the beach. Chances are I want to play some LoL just to avoid boredom. The ip address I'm using is not the same as the one from home, obviously. Gameplay is also affected slightly due to factors such as: internet speed, graphics/monitor (mom's is like from 2005 with a smaller screen), and pets (They all seem to want attention when I want to play games).

The only reason I feel okay even doing so still, is because I'm playing blind/ARAM/RGM and not ranked.

Would it be possible and beneficial to have some sort of way to let Riot know, "Hey, my ip is goign to change but stay in this location." ? I immediately doubt even my own idea due to boosting, but some sort of way would ease minds.

Dude, your IP address changes every time you turn on your computer, it's not set in stone, you won't get banned for playing at a different location.
