My account was hacked awhile ago and am looking for answers. (Changed board)
So awhile ago my account was hacked (January) I was in the process of moving during that time and was not able to play. Once I got back on I played some then was signed out. I looked at my match history and saw that I had games that weren't mine. I felt the right thing to do at the time was to report it. I wish I would've just left it since I lost my account and when I tried to access it again I wasn't helped much besides answering some questions. Honestly I am just trying to get peoples attention and hoping there is something that can be done about this. I just hate to see my account going to waste especially now that I am getting back into league. The account in question is "GoG P0SEID0N" it's on NA and has a bit of time put into it. I have some screenshots of the match history and even the emails I got from riot where they basically told me to answer the questions and that if I couldn't it means the account isn't mine. I have used the same name for years on many things not even game related and I just don't remember the answers to questions.
I understand the point of security but it didn't help the first time so you know it's not saying much when they tell me it is important to them. I hope that people can generate enough traffic through here to get me help with this situation. I just feel like the entire thing was a bit unfair on my part as they didn't push the issue to help me it was as simple as answer these questions if you can't answer enough of them then it's not your account. This is pretty poorly written as it was typed pretty quick but it's okay.
