Game doesn't work after champ select

The title basically covers it, after champ select the screen goes black like it is going to load in then it said it can't connect to the server because my internet. I have the option to retry or cancel and it continues to not work. I used the hextech fixer thing and it didn't work I even tried reinstalling it and it still does not work. I even used the new beta test thing to see if my connection was messed up but it is under the status of "great" with a 95 or 98% I can't recall.. It was fine yesterday but now it will not work no matter what I do, I've scanned my computer and everything yet still nothing. So far this cause me a low priority queue for 5 games and I can't even get into the practice tool which is where I am testing as I don't want to risk more punishment for something I can't fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
