Ra is what azir seems to be based off - not gameplay, Shyvana looks like any basic dragon even Ao kuang (Man that turns into a dragon)

Would help to know what you mean by "Like azir or shyvana", Do you mean appearance wise? ability wise? having an alternate form? Please elaborate. If you mean bird or dragon like, there is Ao Kuang as stated, there is also the Mayan God Kukulkan, There is Fenrir who grows to enormous size for his ult, as well as Vamana..and a bunch of others. Again would help to know What you mean when you say "like azir or shyvana"
