He didn't. Other people who have inspired ideas have gotten their skin before, but he had to buy his, even though it was his brainchild.

It really saddens me, considering how much money Riot is going to make off of this, that they couldn't spare one for his original concepter, TopSpinTheFuzzy.

I want to see him get an RP refund. He put so much time and effort into getting that skin known, his art has been used around, and he bumped the thread that held the original concept art countless times. I'm sincerely hoping this was just an oversight.

I just think he deserves it, you know? I mean, who the hell do you think he is?
