So, im sure you've all seen the thing where zed=3 sona=4 garen=5 vi=6 and deadeye=7. Think about it. The teasers were released in that order. Also the last teaser ended on midnight on January 2nd I believe. So all the teasers have been up since then, ON JANUARY THE 3RD, 4TH, 5TH, AND 6TH. DEADEYE IS THE 7TH. MIGHT HE BE ON THE PBE TOMMORROW?

zed wasnt up on the 3rd and so was everyone else, they were in DECEMBER

not likely riot doesn't like to add content to not going live the week before live, plus the made the point that "his is almost done" really clear, while not going on pbe a reviel is not out of the question

He's likely going to hit the PBE the Tuesday before patch 6.1, which in theory should be next Tuesday.
