Random Timers

I now have a 25 minute timer on my main account because i "declined a game" when i had clicked accept and your servers didn't recognize my accept in time... 3 times straight. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a poor connection to the server but i just want to let you know that this might be a thing.

I forgot to put this in but my client sometimes randomly crashes when im not in game sometimes even in champ select causing me to get a timer
