duo's have too much power

cant surrender a clearly over game when 3 players are 3-16 combined. Me and one other player are doing good but the other guy doing decent and his buddy wont surrender so we are forced to play vs diamond 1's longer with an unranked player and the rest of the team feeding their asses off only because of the duo. Majority of people want to the game over but these two kids get more power than 3/5 the team. Why is that? seems extremely illogical.
