I don't understand how the crafting works
I got 2 boxes and in those I got a few champ skins and then project cores I think. what do I do with these I read something about blueprints but how do I get those?

You need (I think 17) cores to make a blueprint. A blueprint is a fancy name for a skin shard. Once you get a blueprint from enough cores you get the skin shard for a project skin. You still need enough cosmic essence to unlock the skin shard though.
