My Shop Rerolls

As much as I love My Shop discounts sometimes I really don't like getting skins that I could really care less about and/or getting skins that are out of my price range and I would absolutely love having the chance to reroll the skins that I don't like/want for a chance at a better skin that I may favor more or a better discount I can work with. If rerolls for My Shop existed a limit of rerolls would have to be there to avoid infinite rerolling and getting 70% discount on one of the higher priced skins. So allow the players to select the skins they do not desire and allow them to reroll them twice but make it so in order to be eligible for a reroll no purchases in My Shop have yet to happen. Those who have already made a purchase will not be eligible for the rerolls.
