Bard Could be the next adc lulu

So I had an idea for bard that when I tested it on bots it went well enough not sure if I should test it on real matches yet but I will see depending on feedback here xD. So when I looked at bard I thought it was weird that they would give a support champion a basic attack and mana regen+ move speed passive so I looked at his full kit and realized he could easily be the next adc lulu, here is why (Do note this is all speculation on ways his kit could be used and how he can work and is all my opinion). This is also while knowing bard is an AP based champion normally and this is a non normal build thing for him.

First off you have Bard's passive which gives him chimes to pick up that give back a portion of his missing mana and grants a movespeed buff for a short amount of time, his passive also grants creatures called meeps which grant 30+X amount of ap damage to bards basic attacks, his passive also adds buffs to the meeps (faster spawning of them and more of them to use) after each set of 5 chimes picked up.

Second you have his Q which is an a damaging slow/stun that can be used to help catch opponents or just poke at them. (ap scaling)

Third you have his W which grants him sustain by giving him healing to be used by either him or his allies and a small short lasting movespeed buff. (ap scaling ability as well)

Fourth you have his E which can be used in many ways, It could be an engage tool to get up on opponents, A disengage tool to escape opponents (you have good mobility at your disposal so after you get through you should be able to make an escape), or it could be used to trick opponents into coming after you (such as running through it while being chased and instead of continuing to run wait in the area you land in and let them come to you to die! :D)

and Finally you have his R ultimate which is useful in many possible ways, It could be used for safe turret diving by putting the enemy turret into stasis, it could be used to hold an enemy in place to secure you the kill, or Be used to lock up the enemy team to let your team either position on them or disengage from a team fight.

Overall With a kit like this and the right build he could dominate a bot lane The basic build I got up was as follows. Berserkers greaves, Righteous Glory, Lich Bane, Infinity Edge, Bloodthirster/Botrk/Sanguine Blade, and Trinity force. This build brings some powerful hitting to Bards basic attacks while giving him attack speed, lifesteal, and some ap to make his abilities and meeps damage effective. Obviously builds could be adapted for other peoples play styles and whatnot :P so tell me your thoughts and stuff :D. Thanks for reading and good day ladies and gents.

But arent those meeps limited? So if youre auto attacking comstantly, youre going to run out before late game?

I think this is a pretty good idea. As Bard's basic attacks apply a slow, it could be used as a chase element combined with item 3153. The magic damage bonus on ''meeped'' basic attacks can be used to still do dmg against opponents stacking armor.

Furthermore, Bard is probably the coolest looking champion for me :D so +10 style points

Meeps don't respawn fast enough until you get 70 meeps or so. Instead of backdooring and farming, you'll be roaming for chimes for most of the game to hit that powerspike. Doing what for your team exactly? As adc, you should be pushing/farming or teamfighting, not just roaming endlessly.

ADC Bard is sooo not worth imo.

I've actually gone Bard Adc for awhile with some success. What makes his really strong is his mobility and stuns, yes in order to not fall behind late game i find myself roaming to collect chimes but if you leave some along a line while doing so it can be great for chasing an enemy after you steal a dragon/baron. He surprisingly trades really well with most adcs since they lack sustain. Early game he is ungodly, i start him with a longsword and my flat ad runes for 90 dmg lvl 1. Item build: item 3072 item 3085 item 3087 item 3022 item 3031 item 3270 . All in all hes super fun adc but i wouldn't try him outside of normal or with a ranked team for obvious reasons. Makes a funny lane with sona support (Mute Lane).

so everything that whole paragraph i typed just got deleted so let me try this again ... I play bard everywhere top mid adc jungle(rarely) but i hate going support cause there is something about critting someone down to nothing with like one or two autos.. my build varies but i build him like a normal adc item 3031 some item 3006 then either a item 3153 or if i feel like i can go without some lifesteal for a bit i will build item 3087 or item 3094 then a item 3072 with item 3036 or item 3033 you don't have to sacrifice lane pressure for meeps just collect your meeps as your coming back to lane .. they even sometimes form a line or you can plot the best course so you get full potential back to lane also helps with sustain just pop three w somewhere safe and get the occasional chime that pops up in your lane or the one in tri while you ward.. as long as your accomplishing something as you collect charm (even laying your trinkets or getting back to lane) there is no harm no foul . He isn't like god tear but i barely lose to anyone even if im top vs riven lee sin..
